REFUND POLICY

1. What Customers Are Required to Do

To initiate a return or refund, customers must contact our support team at the below mentioned contacts and provide their order number, reason for the return, and any other relevant details. Customers may be required to provide proof of purchase and/or photographs of the product in question.

2. Under What Circumstances We Offer Returns and Refunds
  • If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • If the product does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.
  • If the customer received the wrong product.

For these refund conditions, the product has to be in same unused condition as it was delivered. The product should be in the original packaging. Do not accept delivery if the package is tampered.
Also please be informed Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. 

3. Timeframe in Which We Accept Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the original purchase date. After 7 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

4. When Customers Can Expect a Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund through the contact information in record with us. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
